AustriaVery well, renovated. Location is nice and it is a quick 60ish Km from Sofia and it is near the highway but it is not noisy even on the side that faces it. Parking is free for the guests. Fitness is fantastic and if you make your meetings there the meeting rooms are well organized.

BulgariaThe house is nice, clean, and spacious, and Pravets is a cute small town where you can always find peace and relaxation without any of the inconveniences that we otherwise experience in the big cities. And it is just less than an hour away from Sofia. Hopefully one day the Hemus highway will be repaired and traveling will be much more pleasant as well.

Facilities are great, the spa area is nice, the pool is big and not overly crowded this time of the year. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast selection is on point.

The room was spacious, with modern furniture and lights. Huge bed - very comfortable. Spotless clean. Soundproof. Amazing view towards the lake. Spa is nice and clean. Stuff were friendly and wanted to help. Breakfast with really large variety - both food and drinks. Nice paths to walk around and even to the near town. Take your bike, if you have one.

The hotel is lovely, modern and clean. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic. The views of the lake and mountain were out of this world. The breakfast was really nice and very varied.

The place it is nice and Clean, big room plenty of space, nice and comfy bed, big windows with a nice balcony. the spa area is amazing with friendly personnel and different types of sauna rooms. really gorgeous and not overpopulated. Well maintained sounding area, perfect for a 30 min morning walk or afternoon walk, gorgeous look over the lake from the hotel terrace, bar, restaurant.

The hotel is more than great, just the perfect place for relax with amazing view. Just an hour away by car from Sofia.
We liked everything inside and outside. It is good for children as well.
Our breakfast was delicious and very rich.
We had a big terrace, coffe machine inside the room.

It’s truely a 5 star resort - just perfect. The room was large, clean with an amazing balcony. The TV is huge, beds are very very comfy. The breakfast and dinner is exceptional and the staff were very friendly. Quit and relaxed location very close to Sofia. We’ll be coming back for sure!

One of the best hotels I’ve been to! Really polite staff, delicious breakfast and dinner, big comfortable rooms, the spa and the pools are really good, as well as the kids room and the girl that entertain them. Perfect for a weekend getaway :)

Everything! I visited the hotel two times and it was a pleasure for me. The rooms are very cozy and clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, the location is wonderful with beautiful views from the windows (both lake side and mountain side) , but the best thing there is the SPA center - big, clean and with diverse zones. The breakfast was very delicious too! Thank you!
