I liked the whole experience of this place. The Hotel, the SPA, the restaurants in the complex, the mix between history, wine and relaxation. Everything was awesome.

We loved everything! The staff were really pleasant, the room was great, the bed was comfortable! We had a great time with the horses and place itself was really impressive! The food in the restaurant is really something to enjoy! It was AMAZING! We had a birthday party and we really enjoyed everything!

Beautiful hotel, perfect location just beside the Momina Sulza spring and in downtown, close to restaurants and cafes. The private mineral water pool in the hotel was so clean and nice. We also got a massage with rose oil, very relaxing. Staff was kind and helpful ( special thanks to Daniela, Hristina and Miroslav). Very relaxing week, we will come again!

The staff was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We did not have time to check out the Wellness Zone (sauna, inside pool), but we took advantage of the outside pool - water was clean, not cold, and the pool open till 19.30h. The room was quite big and the bathroom was spotless. We forgot a small bag in the room and the hotel called us immediately to let us know, so we could go back to collect it.
