The breakfast was extra special gourmet. Staff was absolutely amazing in every respect went above and beyond with service even providing a valet free of charge to take us to our cruise ship. Little touches like chocolates and treats, turn down service etc.

The apartment is very nicely decorated, cozy, very clean with everything you need. Bathrooms are spacious and bedding is great. There is aircon in the living room and handy fans in the rooms. The hosts are lovely and super attentive and available. The extra sofa bed in the living room can become a very comfortable sofa bed. My teenage son slept very well.

The Old New // Spacious 2000 sqft condo - Downtown is located in Quebec City, just 1.4 miles from Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac and 1.4 miles from Grande Allee.

The property was so clean and beautifully set up. Very aesthetically appealing. The prompt responses to any question was very much appreciated and Jean Charles was very easy to communicate with.

It was awesome, the location, the facilities, the staff, everything was outstanding. It was by far the best stay I ever had. The staff had every detail under control. They upgraded us at no cost just because they could. They did their best to make us feel home.

Very cute, family friendly hotel with a nice restaurant and a busy nice program during the holidays. The pool, the jacuzzi and the tropical garden were outstanding.
