This is a very grand, and very old hotel. Some of it was modern (pool/gym area, terraces, elevators), and much was dated and in need of serious refurbishment. The beds were good. Breakfast was very plentiful if you were early, if not, too bad. Parking was easy and plentiful. If you hit a sunny day, you are rewarded with one of Earth's most beautiful panoramic views. So get an alp-facing room, with a balcony. The pool and gym, hammam and sauna were very well maintained. The restaurant and dining were in a beautiful room and the quality of the food/kitchen was pretty high.

Everything. The photos on the app don’t give this place justice. Fabulously renovated rooms with nice amenities such as locally made soaps and such, a Nespresso machine, robes and slippers. There is a pool and the hosts make you feel at home.

The lady at the reception was wonderful.

The town is a beautiful and quiet one. Suitable for relaxing and getting away from all the stress of a city. Thos host was very welcoming and caring. He offered all the help and information that made our stay more enjoyable. The flat is well equipped and clean.

Our very comfortable little chalet looked out over beautiful Lake Neuchatel. The patio was large and well furnished, so we sat outside with our drinks watching the boats sailing on the lake. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed for a nice stay. Restaurants, groceries, and bakeries were just a short drive into the beautiful old town. Our hosts were kind and extremely gracious. We would be very happy to stay again!
