Love the location, and I look forward to staying again. Very dreamy, and the room smelled fresh, and everything was so good. I particularly loved that they dropped guests off at the train station and picked us up within the time frame allowed by the hotel. The hotel is also close to the train station, which is great!

The facilities were amazing, from staff to the rooms and access. This was a fantastic place to visit and stay at, and it will be visited again and again. I recommend this place for a few relaxing days.

Historical property run by same family for over 400 years. The interior is mostly original yet looks brand new, so well has it been maintained. 5 different saunas. Excellent food. Friendly, helpful owner and staff that speak perfect English. Spacious rooms, very comfortable bed, medieval interior with wood paneling everywhere including ceilings. This is an interesting hotel, which is being upgraded and is very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and the room was very roomy. We really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was very good.
