We had excellent breakfasts and were treated very well. Hana was excellent at the front desk and responded appropriately to all of our requests.

We arrived at the hotel quite late, and although the staff member on duty didn’t speak English, he was still very helpful and managed to assist us efficiently. He kindly provided us with a room without any issues. The room was spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable — it had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, which was delicious and offered a good variety. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of service and accommodation, especially considering the very reasonable price.

This place is very very special. the food was amazing. the building is amazing... the town is amazing. amazing spa and massage. go here now. the staff are top Notch, the chef is wold class.

Breakfast was amazing and the staff were excellent. The location was so lovely out in the countryside. Loved this hotel and will hopefully come back again.

Nice classic comfortable spa hotel overlooking Marianske Lazne (if you're on the front side of the hotel, otherwise you'll be in the forest). Super very friendly staff, accommodating even if your German is quite limited. The café is quite nice as well, private parking is sweet and the swimming pool allows for actual swimming. IPrice/quality very ok for one of Czech Republic's classical spa cities close to the German border

Every staff member was very friendly and ready to help or explain. Spa facilities are excellent; however if you are interested in anything specific I'd suggest to book it in advance. Food in both restaurants meets every expectation. It is definitely a great option for a relaxed stay, highly recommended.

Workers were so helpful and friendly. Parking was very convenient and reasonably priced. The wellness center had everything we needed. Dinner at the hotel was great, extensive menu with various seasonal dishes. Balcony was comfy.

The location is perfect, although not suitable if there are walking difficulties. Spa options on site.

Plenty of different food for each taste

Staff and manager were super helpful and friendly (bonus points for being patient with our Czech; it's far from fluent but we wanted to practice as much as we could while in the country). Breakfast was solid (not as much choice as at a larger hotel, but enough choice to have some variety from day to day). We only had one evening meal at the hotel (there is a lot of choice within walking distance), they offer a good choice of Czech cuisine nicely prepared. Convenient access to beautiful surroundings.

Heated outdoor pool and the pool area in general. The rooms were very nice as well.

Very close to Colonades and Singing Fountain. Right at the forest with lots of good walks.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming, the breakfast was delicious and so well cared for, the rooms clean and comfortable, the location was quiet and the perfect setting for our dog to be able to explore the forest just outside of the door.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and once again, everything was exceptional. From the cozy and well-equipped room—with comfortable beds and pillows—to the peaceful atmosphere, every detail was thoughtfully arranged. What truly stood out was the excellent medical treatment I received during my stay. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and care in making this place so welcoming. I always look forward to coming back!

Overall, while the hotel itself was nice, the staff and service left much to be desired.
