The hotel is brand new- fully remodelled in April 2025. Very modern, with full spa (complementary) featuring stainless-steel swimming pool! Staff is exceptional, and the associated restaurant includes one of the best breakfast buffets I've found. Perfectly located in Passau.

The communication with the host was flawless & the digital check-in was easy. We personally had everything we needed in the apartment even Netflix.

Everything was wonderful. Staff was exceptional. The breakfast was great and they made us an omelette. Loved the golf course at the hotel. Free parking. Exceptional location so close to beautiful Passau. Would stay here again! The restaurant was reasonably priced and the food and service was wonderful!
