L'hotel és molt agradable d'ambient familiar. L'habitació familiar on hem estat era còmode i espaiosa. El personal de recepció molt atent, tot i que nosaltres no parlàvem Alemany ens han atès molt bé amb anglès. La ubicació perfecta, a 20 minuts en cotxe del complex de Neuschwanstein.

Hotel situat al peu del Castell de Neuschwanstein. El personal és molt amable. Molt bon esmorzar on pots admirar el Castell. Premsa diària. Pàrquing per l'automòbil cobert i confortable amb accés directe a l'hotel. Habitació fantàstica. Llit molt còmode. Bany fabulós. Vista del Castell des de el balcó de la habitació.
