I am giving 10/10 not because the hotel is most modern nor it has the newest facilities. I am giving 10 because this hotel is a hiden gem for weekend getaway. Amazing value for reasonable price that you pay for. Everything from amazing breakfast, cleanliness of facilities and spa. As mentioned the hotel is not the newest one, but is very well mantained and kept. If you are going for one night I recommend to visit Pizzaria Pavarotti or Ølluminati that are in walkable 10-15 minutes distance. We will definitely come back. Thanks again !

price/quality is in balace! the spa zone is clean and we were lucky to be just us there! food at tge restaurant was good and the breakfast is nice and have sugar free options. rooms are quiet and comfortable.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location! The staffers were friendly. Beds were comfortable, and the breakfast was. Also, I absolutely loved the wellness area and the gym. Both spaces had long opening hours, they were fully equipped! Enjoyiny the jacuzzi outside was outstanding!

Charming hotel by the lake. The rooms (we had 2) were spacious and nicely decorated with Danish furniture.
Great views over the lake from the breakfast table.
We enjoyed the spa with indoor swimming, an outdoor hot Jacuzzi, a Viking shower (cold water bucket), a sauna, and a steam bath (pic from our hotel room shows the outdoor spa facilities).
It turned to a rainy day, so heading to Mønsted Kalkgruber (lime mines) was terrific and one of the highlights of our tour. Endless caves with magical light. Kids and adults loved it.
