Peaceful place to be with family...

Clean and spacious rooms, friendly staff, good service, nice pools , location is great not too far from the beach and close to all kinds of shops and restaurants.

Everything was really good, it totally met the expectations, plus the location is great. The only downside is that the jacuzzi/hot tub is for the extra cost, which I wasn’t able to read while booking. Other then that 10/10

Great breakfast, clean rooms, nicely located for a short stay

The room we were given was incredible, we had a massive terrace and a private jacuzzi! So luxurious, clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and there was plenty of choice. The location is very convenient close to the beach, shops and a big supermarket. The best part about this hotel was the staff. I wasn't feeling well and had to go to the hospital for a few hours and we called the hotel to let them know we might miss lunch and they made sure there was food available for us when we got back. On that same evening they rang our room to make sure that I was okay and said if I needed anything to not hesitate to call. We dealt mostly with Carlota who was so lovely, kind and helpful, special thanks to her! We also dealt with Jose Manuel and Maria who were super helpful and nice! Would absolutely recommend this hotel and will most definitely be returning there myself!

Host was incredible beautiful apartment

The location was great, close to the beach, supermarket and parking. It has all necessary amenities in the kitchen, a working air conditioner in the living room and a nice balcony for eating together. The sound isolation was good.

A very nice cosy flat. We stayed there with our 3 kids. Despite the check-in was at 3:00 p.m. the owner sent a message we could come at 12:00. The underground parking is a huge bonus here - I think everyone knows the situation with parking places in Spain ☺️ The flat is bright and sunny with all the necessary facilities. We had a separate bedroom. The sofa for the kids was not very stable, maybe it needs to be checked and fixed. The seaview is stunning! Exactly as in the photos. Very close to the beach and at the same time situated not at the crowded street. No noisy neighbours 👍 We really recommend this place for the vacation.

Don’t waist your money…. Definitely better options down the street. You’ve been warned.

Great views from the upper floors, sea and urban Clean and fully new room (better than in pictures) Close to the sea A lot of food options in the restaurant, for not high extra cost (15 for adult and 10 for kid for a dinner) Good playroom for kids inside the hotel Parking in the garage under the hotel, but for extra 12 euros per night SPA area with 2 saunas and hydro massage for small extra cost (10 per hour and 6 for kid)

The wonderful location and the very helpful and pleasant staff.

It was absolutely stunning. Great staff too! Heated outdoor pool enabled us to swim in March, and there were plenty of kid's facilities for my 2.5 year old. Amazing food at the buffet too, I've never had such quality food from a buffet!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the all inclusive was a plus. Breakfast, lunch and dinner the variety of delicious food and the attentive service from the employees was wonderful. Drinks were great, activities outside and in the pool was fun for me and the family. Everyone was extremely nice from the beginning to end. Benidorm was just the right place to visit for my daughter's 21st birthday and can't wait to go back! Levante Beach close by and different bars and stores, the views were just amazing!

Food – Great variety, always fresh and plentiful (tilt toward British tastes). The paella stood out, but honestly, all the food was well-prepared and enjoyable. At this price point, simply great. Drinks – Red and white wines, as well as local beers—even Guinness on tap at the bar near the reception! Good selection of juices and soft drinks. Some coffee machines are bean-to-cup, while others use instant coffee. Ice cream available both from machines and in freezers. Staff – Very friendly, patient, and solution-oriented. Out of a couple dozen staff members, only one person at the bar came across as a bit overly strict—but that just highlighted how accommodating the rest of the staff were. Pools – There are three main pools: one near reception and two centrally located within the resort. All have adjacent bars and seating areas. Facilities – Plenty of spaces to relax with drinks or snacks. Kids are well looked after by animators, and there are several playgrounds, mini-zoo, mini-shop and vacation stuff vending machines. Next to reception, you’ll find a laundry room, an ATM, luggage storage, and tour agency representatives. Accommodation – Most bungalows are set on a steep slope up from the Food Court, which means a bit of a climb—great for working off those extra calories! If you prefer, you can request electric buggy transport. Some bungalows are closer to reception, making for easier walks. Parking & Transport – Ample parking. A shuttle bus is available, but we didn’t use it—we either walked or drove. Beach Tip – If you're looking for variety, saltwater, sandy beaches, or inflatable water attractions, head to Benidorm—specifically the eastern side of Platja de Ponent. Extras – Aqua Natura, a 10–15-minute easy walk from Magic Natura, with reserved (orange) area for MN guests and the same complimentary food and drink options. Bonus – Striking few mosquitoes or flies on the resort grounds.

Great staff, well kept, great food. Despite the huge crouds this is a well managed hotel.
