The staff was very pleasant, the rooms were great, the beds comfortable and the pool was very relaxing. My wife used the SPA as well and we used the suite jacuzzi. A very nice touch.

Everything! The owner is absolutely down to earth and simply charming. He made us laugh and treated us as family. Tori checked us in and was gracious and kind, especially with our limited espanol. The breakfast was fantastic. The lovely lady that made eggs for us each day was gracious and sweet as well. The several coffee shop workers made great lattes and drinks.. The rooms are large and vaulted...great showers. Clean and beautiful decor. The mineral pool is heated all year and refreshing...do take a dip in it! I would stay here anytime visiting Spain. Forget Barcelona come here and be pampered. I just can't say enough about this beautiful place. Fabulous!

It was very very clean, and good quality furniture and comfortable amenities. Spa and pool were very clean and nice, would definitely go back.

We loved our stay there, we'll definitely come back. We got a family room and it was perfect for the 3 of us. Very clean, very modern, beds very comfy. We got the football field view that was actually entertaining :-D Staff was really caring, if we skipped the cleaning day they were checking in to see if everything was ok and if we need something, and we appreciated that very much. We travelled by car and having the shuttle service 24/7 to/from the parking (with a reduce price for hotel stays) was very convenient. We had a great experience overall. The male server who helped us at the pool bar was excellent—friendly, attentive, and really made a positive difference. He definitely deserves a 5-star mention. A special mention as well to the lifeguard at the pool—she was very attentive and took safety seriously, especially with children. I saw her handle a difficult situation calmly and professionally. She was doing a great job and deserves appreciation. Last of all, The factory restaurant, very very good as they said to us! so if you don't want to go out for dinner, it's a very good alternative!

Upon check in we were welcomed with a complimentary cocktail in the bar while we waited for our room. The reception staff and cleaners were so kind, they even went the extra mile and left a bottle of cava for us in the room. It was perfect!
