We were two families for a week, very convenient location if you want to travel all over the island by car. Great eco breakfast with local products and helpful staff. We wanted to visit the spa or gym but could never get in as they are available from 10am to 6pm.

I loved the size it is very convenient to the beach and Siam Park (5 min drive and there is a shuttle). The resort is centrally located around the pool and restaurant. There are fun activities throughout the day. We were able to relax at the pool and enjoy. The staff is so nice and friendly to your children. The activities coordinator is so sweet and enthusiastic at all events. We really enjoyed her. The fresh fruit and vegetables are amazing and the themed dinners are great. The nightly entertainment is fun for the family.

Everything was great, the room was comfortable and included all needed equipment and facilities. The food was great. The pool area was clean and the staff was friendly. In short one of the best vacations I had in the last years. Very recommended.

Beautiful looking villas surrounded by luscious and meticulously kept tropical landscaping. The hotel is spread over quite a large area with a lot of hills, but the staff will happily chauffeur you to your room in a buggy as often as you like. This is a pro for me but maybe a con for others - the hotel is very quiet, relaxing and tranquil, even moreso in the evenings. Do not go there to expect to party/socialise but to enjoy peace and relaxation. We booked a standard room and this was the largest standard hotel room I have ever stayed in. It had 2 floors, 2 showers, a bath, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Terrace accessible from downstairs is the same size as most modern hotel rooms and featured a sofa, coffee table, dining table and two loungers. All with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Upstairs also also had a balcony. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. WiFi in the room was great, and generally good across the whole hotel complex. In short, the rooms are amazing. The hotel has 3 pools on 3 different levels in the centre of the hotel. There was no problem in getting a lounger directly at the pool at any time of the day. Pool and it's surroundings were very clean and the loungers very comfortable. Parasols available for every 2 beds. Pools get sunshine throughout the day without almost no shade. Overall, pool. experience was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Food was good to great at the 2 restaurants, we never had a single bad experience dining. Perhaps the best thing about the stay was the staff. Every single member of staff is courteous, obliging and friendly. They work exceptionally hard to make you feel that you are well cared for in their hands. I would especially like to thank Anastasias at reception; Fernando and Hugo our bellmen; and Juan, Giselle and Diego at La Torre who delivered a custom birthday cake to my son which made the evening very special.

Everything was great. I loved the view from the second floor, which offered an amazing vista of the golf course and a bit of the sea. It’s such a quiet place, perfect if you’re looking for a destination to relax and enjoy tranquility. This is the best option book it without a doubt. The vibe of the hotel is a bit classy, so if you expect something modern, it won't meet your expectations. However, everything else is great: it's quiet, has amazing service, and the staff are doing their best to make your stay comfortable. Despite these points, I still give them a 10 out of 10. The hotel is amazing, and I highly recommend it. Just book it. It’s amazing!
