We travelled around Mallorca and we loved this hotel the most

Stuff is amazing, same goes for food and especially for location (literally on the beach).

The stay was great (10/10) but the chock for us was when we checked out, the receptionist said we could stay longer for the day and enjoy the pool, etc… they just needed the room key to prepare for the next guest 🤗 we didn’t stay because we had other plans but thought it was a great policy.

Staff, location and quality of service.

It is in a perfect location, right on the beach. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was super, breakfast was amazing and they have a really nice pool and lounge area.

Friendly, helpful staff. They offered breakfast which went from 6.30am till 1pm! They said we could check out at 11am and then go have breakfast/brunch - it was great! Lovely selection of breakfast foods along with some light lunch foods too (cheese, eggs, pizza, churros, sandwiches, sliced meats, fruit, cereals, breads, croissants - a nice selection.) Welcome drink on arrival. A functional hotel - perfect for a short stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though I had a problem with using the safe, it was solved immediately 😊. Special thanks to Christian and Lonel at the reception – they were extremely helpful and made everything so easy! The location is perfect as it’s very close to the airport and less than a minute to the sea. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty:)

Great hotel. Close to the airport, in a nice beach, with great breakfast, a huge screen to watch the World Cup. I could not even use all the amenities, but from what I did and saw, it was great. The bedroom was very good and the bathroom was good. Only thing I would recommend is a better shower (it was good, but not great). Fantastic idea was a place at the balcony to dry clothes.

Relaxing fun atmosphere, with an amazing and knowledgable staff. Pool was sheltered from the wind so even though it was windy we were able to enjoy outdoors. Food was really good.

Before I start my review, I would like to extend my warmest congratulations and thanks to the two ladies from Guest Experience, Lara and Rosana! Two extremely competent, professional people, always ready to help you with everything possible! Lara speaks at least 4 foreign languages, and in tandem with Rosana they form a 10-star team, which offers impeccable service. We benefited from their help, elegance and kindness and we can only declare ourselves delighted with the interaction with them! The experience with the entire staff was a 5-star one, in accordance with the hotel's classification. Although we arrived quite late, we had a frugal dinner, which is a big plus after a plane trip. The room, with a queen-size bed and balcony, offered a superb view of the sea and the region, being located on the 10th floor. The cleanliness, exemplary, daily. The breakfast and dinner, absolutely wonderful. You will find absolutely everything for all tastes. Everything is abundant and of high quality. Nothing is cut short in order to offer guests the most pleasant experience. The SPA area also lives up to expectations. There are swimming pools with warm and clean water, dry and wet saunas, changing rooms, toilets, everything you could wish for. Also, for fitness enthusiasts, a gym. You have a bathrobe (which you find in the room) and slippers for the SPA. In conclusion, I warmly and confidently recommend this location to all those who appreciate high-quality services and a staff dedicated to excellence and professionalism! Extremely pleased with the entire trip and everything regarding our stay at this facility. We booked an apartment and had everything we needed inside. Got the baby crib we requested, and the staff was amazing in helping me order personal flowers delivery to the room. Moreover, any additional requests (such as another round of cleaning or fixing a small door issue) were resolved right away! The location is also superb! In 2 minutes you're sitting on the beach. And if needed, plenty of restaurant and supermarkets are around.

The location is steps from the ocean, which is fantastic. The hotel has 2 pools, restaurants, and each room is equipped with everything you need. The staff is friendly and helpful.

We took the half-board option. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff is ultra attentive and very well trained. The room had a nice sea view.

Super breakfast with wide variety of dishes and cava:) Many rooms have so called side sea view but indeed it's almost panoramic, very good hotel in general For my birthday the hotel presented a bottle of house cava - it was very pleasant, i really appreciate this
