Amazing place, amazing staff - property managers as well as kitchen crew, and cleaners - they do everything to make our stay memorable. The spa and care in the other chalet were also amazing. Food was simply delicious with a chef that translates his personality in each of his plates

everything is clean and new, we were the first guests and loved everything, everything is available in the chalet, a lot of kitchen supplies and everything is clean and perfect!

Amazing apartment with nice and expensive furniture and full kitchen equipped with the best appliances. The apartment is in a very good location between Annecy and Chamonix. Passy also has a very nice lake and full activities for the kids and family. The host (Nathalie) was very nice and helpful.

The location is nice in a part of big house on the hill and that give spectacular view to the mountains. In a walking distance from funiculeur and the center of Saint-Gervais. The communication with the host was quick and nice. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need for a stay. Even a kit for fondu, games for kids and wonderful collection of books and albums about Alps. Thank you, we had a very nice stay here!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional team. From the warm welcome by the staff outside the doors to the efficient reception and helpful concierge, which were at my service almost 24hr and always supported with any request, every interaction was pleasant. The frequent shuttle service to the city center was a huge plus, making it easy to explore. I also appreciated the convenience of having a ski rental store within the hotel and the seamless service to the sister hotel, which provided direct access to the ski entrance. The sauna was great

An incredible and truly authentic place, a unique experience that is hard to find elsewhere. I genuinely believe there are very few places like this. We are already looking forward to staying here again. Many thanks to the entire team for their lovely support and warm hospitality!
