Roomy, beds comfortable, safe area, convenient to Metro and Paris. Owner responsive, and very pleasant.

The location was excellent and the apartment was very nice. Everything you could need to live comfortably.

The house is very large , fireplace which works, an outside courtyard with a barbecue, parking possibility on site. The three double bedrooms were great and also the sofa in the livingroom can be used as a one person bed The location is very quiet in a street which only allows cars of people who live there. It is a real house. Very personal interior that has been lived in. Most properties on booking are generic , white and overstyled to the point they all look like out of a catalogue. Here there are plants inside and outside , and more authentic vintage furniture which makes it feel very homely.

This apartment is about the location. It’s just next to metro and also supermarket. The apartment is quite spacious but need to a bit of renovation in some area.

The staff were all so friendly and kind! They really appreciate it if you try to speak french. I was impressed with their english! They couldn't accommodate us for our arrival time, which we didn't expect but they upgraded our room. We were so appreciative of this. We stayed in their suite and it felt like a cute, comfy apartment. The only downside is there wasn't a fridge, but it wasn't a big deal for us. I would recommend this place because of the friendly staff! The rooms are very nice as well!

Great apartment within walking distance of Sacré-Cœur. The neighborhood is full of shops, bakeries, cafés, bars, and restaurants, with easy access to other parts of Paris via metro lines 4 and 12, as well as Gare du Nord for convenient connections to CDG Airport. The flat is very comfortable—while the kitchen is a bit small and on the older side, it’s fully equipped and perfectly fine for cooking for a family of four. Excellent value for money. The only thing to keep in mind is that it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator, so carrying large suitcases or climbing the stairs might be challenging for some. Otherwise, it’s a solid 6 out of 5!

Comfortable, good communication, safe

Alexej was absolutely wonderful and made our trip even more special. We will absolutely be coming back. He went the extra mile at every point. All the team were wonderful but he really stood out.

We had a wonderful time at the hotel 🤩 At check-in time, they welcomed our requests very kindly. The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds are comfortable. All room stuffs were elegant,there is a welcome card in the room with your name on it, including two delicious pieces of chocolate. They clean daily and come back to ask you in the evening if you need anything. The reception staff is very friendly, cheerful and welcoming (morning-evening). The hotel staff in general, wherever you go, smile and welcome you. I felt like I was among my home. At check-out time, it was a weekend and early in the morning, the receptionist was cooperative and carried our bags and put them in the car and saw us off to the door. Thank you..

Very nice bar and friendly staff

Very modern hotel with interactive room where you control everything from tablet, even the smell of the room. In reality the rooms are much better than in the pictures. The staff was very helpful with all our requests.

I rarely give reviews but this hotel and it's staff deserve the best possible review. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great, the attention to all details is remarkable but what stood up the most was the friendliness and kindness of the staff, it was above and beyond. I'd like to give a special mention to Sadani and Leo, they went out of their way to make our experience unforgettable and took care of all our needs. It was my wife's birthday and they made sure it was a special night for her. Definitely one of the best experiences of our lives. We will definitely stay there again when we return to Paris, highly recommended! Thank you Sadani and Leo, and also to all other members of the staff!

We loved the location (near lots of restaurants/bars and not overly touristy). The staff were lovely and having private access to the pool/sauna was a nice extra. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has beautiful interiors and our room was super nice and cozy. The staff is really warm and welcoming. It’s located in a cute neighbourhood with restaurants and bars, and is also well connected to the public transport. We had a great stay!
