RussiaWe stayed in this hotel for a week, and it was the perfect place to rest and find some inner calm after hustle and bustle of everyday life. The room was spacious, hot tub - big and with astonishing view, and the opportunity to light a fireplace was a cherry on top. And what a view from the balcony we had (on photos)! "Panorama" is definitely the right name for this room, the opportunity to look at mountains whenever you like is something beyond words.
The staff was really friendly, the room was cleaned everyday and overall we loved everything.

MaltaThis hotel is a really good stay if you choose to spend a few days in Metsovo. It's close to the centre, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly and always available, Scarlett the dog always greets you in the lobby, and the views from the hotel are impressive. Glad that the weather was good so that we could enjoy the breakfast in the patio overlooking the mountains. Highly recommended!

Very nice, comfy and enjoyable stay. Staff was social and helpful for everything we needed or asked. Facilities and the free use of sauna, spa etc were a big plus. Cozy, comfortable room, excellent, rich breakfast with local delicacies.

Property was easy to find, well located, cosy, clean and welcoming. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and included in the price was one hours access to the spa centre with massage chair, dry hammam, hot tub, sauna and cold plunge pool, which was amazing and just what we needed after a long hike! Breakfast buffet was also delicious with so many options. Would definitely recommend and will definitely stay here next time visiting Metsovo.

George and his wife were delightful and so helpful with everything from brilliant breakfasts to bottle openers!! We enjoyed the spa time (included in the price). Highly recommend the massage too!!
A wonderful few days away, and we'll most definitely return!!

The breakfast was superb with many options to choose from. We had one hour free at the spa centre and we were free to share our time between jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and massage as we pleased. The fireplace in our room was fully equipped with much more wood than we needed. We did not have to move by car at all, since restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are all within walking distance. The view from our room was amazing.

Beautiful, traditionally decorated hotel with amazing views over the mountains from the terrace and also from our room. Very friendly staff, especially George, who was there to welcome us upon arrival and even let us check in early :-) the breakfast buffet was delicious, especially the homemade feta and spinach pies :-) we also really enjoyed the spa bath, massage chair and sauna.
