Fantastic location! Very characteristic, warm atmosphere. Feeling home far away from home. Lovely manager & friendly helpfull staff at all various counters & positions. Also a peaceful location surrounded by green and beautiful trees. The hotel make me even curious about the other locations. Really get interested by the story of the founder / owner of this location. For sure there is passion for Hospitality involved, with an unique stamp with art & classic elements through the location and high feeling for customer experience. Staff of restaurant & house keeping was also very service minded and friendly, all working with positive pro-active attitude. Dinner & breakfast was delicious with thanks to the kitchen team. Appreciated the late check out as well the flexibility. All together a complete experience with positive memory to a visit Aurangabad. Really can recommand this location.

The staffs are very Courteous and Professional, The hotel had good size room and bathroom with all the basic amenities. The hotel room and bathroom were very clean and I loved to take shower in this hotel because the shower had good gush or force of water and hot water was available 24 hours a day. The staff were very helpful in arranging my trip to Ajanta & Ellora and also the lady staff who went through all the trouble to arrange Dollar exchange at the hotel. I asked Vikram, the attending staff, how much would be the charges if I overstay for 4 hours because my train leaves at 4PM and checkout time is 11Am, Without hesitation he answered smilingly, "no charges, compliments of the hotel" that was a very pleasant surprise. Also, the breakfast server, Surya is also very attentive and courteous staff.
