This is one of the best hotels I have ever been. The staff was so courteous and friendly, always happy to help the customer. One should learn customer centricity from this place. The room was excellent, and the food was exquisite. They gave so much attention to detail like decorating the room, leaving handwritten notes and making my stay comfortable. I congratulate the whole team for putting this experience together.

Location is perfect. Rooms were clean. No disturbance at all. Staff at reception were helpful. Onboarding was swift. Affordable.

The breakfast was phenominal as was the service. Really appreciated Ipshita at the front desk helping us on multiple occasion.

Actually, I was their first official guest on their opening day. Simply an amazing experience all around, but the best part was the staff that was so welcoming, professional, and helpful.

Raghav is there to assist you not just with the luggage but also as your local guidence, Its a let friendly hotel and you'll be delighted to ask for their St. Bernard Mr. Berny, i really Miss Mr. Bhaskar (ex GM) wish he was still here, you'll love how they treat their inhouse doggy , imagine they would be so nice to you ....rest you have to be here to enjoy the peace and serenity.

The breakfast spread was simply amazing. The sheer variety and the outstanding taste of every dish left a lasting impression. From local specialties to international favorites, the culinary team truly excelled. The attention to detail in presentation and preparation was evident and greatly appreciated. Beyond the superb dining, the hotel staff's professionalism and dedication elevated the experience. Every interaction showcased a commitment to providing exceptional service. everything here was amazing , the room , the food and the staff. We enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave , the room felt like our second home . The breakfast buffet spread was very good with some amazing dishes , the tiramisu croissant needs a special mention. We had excess to the lounge on the 17th floor and the floor manager was extremely nice , i forgot to get his name , a very big thank you to you from us.

My stay was absolutely amazing! The location is perfect, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. The Taj staff was exceptional and highlighted why even big local/foreign brands can’t compete with Taj’s hospitality. Your staff sets the brand. Pretty much every single staff member from arrival to exit made a personal effort to make our stay enjoyable and seamless. Karan, the Manager, was absolutely brilliant and worked out all the (crazy) requests we threw his way. All his efforts were much appreciated. The buggy team, housekeeping and the gardening staff too were always proactively asking if we needed any assistance, showed us around the property and told us anecdotes. We loved our experience and will definitely be keen to come back and recommend the West End to others. Thanks for everything!
