Location, good and spacious, and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet but it was also a short walk to downtown. It had any amenity that we would've wanted. The living space was large enough to accommodate 7 travelers while still being quite cozy.

Great place for our family of four in akureyri. Very close to the pool, which our kids loved! It was as described.(The house and furnishings are a bit older of a style but it is as pictured and it worked well for us). To be clear (and this worked fine for us, not a critique!): There are 2 private bedrooms with double beds, plus one single bed in a non-private living room area (separate from but visible from the main living room). We loved having so much space, separate bedrooms, ability to cook in the well equipped kitchen, and to do some laundry for a reasonable price!

Great location! Our favorite place we’ve stayed in Iceland so far. Very spacious and great apartment in the city center. David was a great host and answered my question promptly. Also, highly recommend the Forest Lagoon if you are staying in Akureyi.

Modern , comfy, large, great for the value

Location is really good, overlooking the sea and snow covered hills. Rooms and washrooms were amazing.
