Luxury hotel in the middle of Tuscany. Very nice room with an awesome breakfast. Less than 30min drive to San Gimignano and Siena.

Location is perfect. Appartment is big enough. Close to a cafe and grocery. The place is very beautiful.

The property is a quiet and very nice villa with an incredible view to a valley with olive and grape plantations. On the horizon you can see San Gimignano’s towers. The location is perfect since it is near to some of the main sites to visit in Tuscany (san giminiano, volterra, pienza, crete senesi, bagno vignoni). The breakfast and dinner at the hotel are top notch, and the wine selection is extensive. The staff is outstanding, Chiara on the front desk helped us plan our stay and make the most out of our days at Tuscany. Paola and Laura, who run the hotel, are incredibly nice people and were very welcoming. We will visit again someday.

We absolutely loved our stay. Everything about it was wonderful from the beginning until the end. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable. If you are thinking, a hot tub in the room sounds cool but a little...well odd...you are not alone, but it was awesome. The room is large and wasnt humid, didnt smell like hot tub or anything, it was great. Location is right in the middle of lots of cool day trips. We loved everything about it. Will continue to get better as they work on it.

Loved the charm and warmth of the house. It was nice to be in an Italian home, and not a cookie cutter rental. It had all the conveniences we needed and in a wonderful walkable location.

Casa Anna is a beautiful home in the heart of the historic center of Colle Val di Elsa. We felt like we were transported back in time staying here. I can't think of a better way to experience Tuscany! Allesandro and Liliana cooked a five course Tuscan dinner for my family, at the house, that was absolutely wonderful! Across the street is Mario Barone Patisserie that had the best pastries and cappuccino going... perfect for breakfast! The terrace at the back of the house had an incredible view of the old city and countryside, and was a great place to enjoy a glass of wine, appetizers, read a book or play a game. I would highly recommend this property.

Absolutely amazing breakfast, very friendly staff, beautiful views, quiet property just up the hill from town, for Via francigena walkers, a good stop before Monterriggioni, a little more pricey, but well worth it, you will not be disappointed!

Great location at the skirts of beautiful Monteriggioni. The facilities are big, clean and pleasant .

this hotel is a hidden gem in the tuscan countryside. The kocation is queit and scenic, the rooms are comfortable and very clean, and the breakfast was delicious. we really enjoyed the indor pool and the relaxing atmosphere throughout the proprety. It's the ideal base to visit Siena, Volterra and san Gimignano.
