Absolutely perfect place to stay for a relaxing discovery of Tuscany. Staff is kind, caring and professional. Accommodation is brand new, very clean and practical. Perfect base to spend a week learning Italian at the nearby Scuola Palazzo Malvisi. Hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. I had issues with availability of WiFi in my room that the staff went above and beyond to resolve. The breakfast spread was impressive with enough variety during the week to keep it interesting.
