The manager was extremely friendly and responsive. They were so kind. They saw we were slowly and painfully walking after a day at Tokyo Disneyland and gave us remedies for our sore feet!

We loved staying at this hotel. It truly felt like an oasis away from the busy city. The garden is beyond beautiful and has a very romantic atmosphere. The interior of the hotel feels antique and full of character, yet everything is very well maintained. Everything was extremely clean, and the staff were very professional, welcoming, and kind throughout our stay. The bathroom is lovely and the shower was very pleasant. To add the bedding is soft and the bed was amazing. The view was the most memorable part of our visit. The city view is absolutely stunning—you almost don’t want to close the curtains. My partner and I would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we are already looking forward to coming back in the near future.

Everything about this location was exceptional, it's distance to the local station made for easy travel and there were a good assortment of local businesses within 500m of the accommodations. For the accommodations themselves each bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom and the toilets were clean and functioning, we never ran out of hot water for showers and the water in the kitchen was clean and tasted fine.
