The accommodation is new, tastefully decorated with thoughtful floor plan. It has a private jacuzzi and a common pool to use. It is centrally located, close to the city center, the port and the airport. Many attractions are only 15 to 20 min away and the closest southern beaches are 30 min away. If you want to experience everything the Island has to offer, this is a great location. Besides the apartment itself, the hosts are one of the best we have encountered. Always available for any questions or recommendation, considerate, but also respectful of your privacy. I would highly recommend the accommodation to everyone.

Very accommodating and well managed condo property. The unit was as shown in the listing. Excellent water view. It was roomy and included a nice furnished terrace with a kitchen! A great location on the water between the airport and city. A bonus is a great restaurant in a neighboring hotel by the same company. We were also offered breakfast in the neighboring hotel for a reasonable fee and it was worth it. We were surprised when the water was off in the late evening. The information given by the desk was excellent. We were asked how many bottles of water we needed. Turns out this is city wide and periodically Fort de France does this overnight to allow reservoirs to refill. We weren’t inconvenienced at all.

The place is beatiful, the host is very helpful . I recommend this place to all. Awesome

Host ensured any issue we brought up he did his best to deal with instantly. Also helped us get a car at good rate.

We were 4 adults and stayed 11 days. We loved the spacious place lots of lounge area around, ac worked well in all the bedrooms, nice garden and jungle vibe from the pool was beautiful. Fully equipped kitchen was great, hot water shower, bbq was charcoal we didn’t end up using it. 9 minute drive to supermarket Carrefour, closest beach 25 minutes away , we found it was a good base to explore the whole island. Maryse was very kind and available by WhatsApp. She lives downstairs . Please say hi to their sweet dog Jukie tied in the front, he’s the sweetest and always greeted us with a wagging tail

I like everything about the place and the staff.

The location is great. Close to everything, restaurants, marina, beaches. And Anais is a wonderful host. She will answer quickly at your questions, she even helped with a rental car.
