We really appreciated the breakfast and dinner. The buffets were very good. A brewery inside the hotel has a very good beer. The animators were very friendly and would translate the games for our kds. All went very well.

We had a mixed experience during our stay. The room was clean and well maintained. Although it was quite small, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One unpleasant issue was the large number of ants we encountered, which negatively affected our overall experience. The indoor pool was absolutely amazing and was definitely one of the highlights of the hotel. Unfortunately, the outdoor pool was closed during our visit, which was disappointing. The food was varied and enjoyable on the first day, but after that the selection became quite limited and repetitive. As for the staff, some were very friendly and helpful, while others seemed rather indifferent. They were not unfriendly, but often appeared focused solely on completing their tasks. We also experienced some communication difficulties, as the majority of the staff did not speak English, making it challenging to ask questions or receive assistance at times. Overall, the hotel has some strong points, particularly the excellent indoor pool and the cleanliness of the rooms, but there are several areas where improvements could significantly enhance the guest experience.

I have already reviewed this hotel some years ago and I am delighted to say that it remains as lovely as in the past. Indeed, I noticed one improvement, namely the addition of kettle in the rooms. All the services are excellent, the staff is friendly, breakfast plentiful, the swimming pool clean and inviting. The location is also excellent: a few minutes walk from the train station, near the bus stop for Slupsk and about 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Facing the beachfront, Hotel Szerokie Wody Sea & Sand Ustka offers 4-star accommodations in Ustka and has a terrace, restaurant and bar.

Perfectly located right off the promenade and the harbor, with sea views and the sea breeze. Modern facilities including the SPA. Good breakfast buffet.
