This was an awesome stay. Cosy atmosphere, cleanness, luxury and very friendly staff.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Ms Shahad was especially kind and helpful. The team was great at recommending nice place to visit in Dammam. The check-in and check-out experience was smooth and wonderful. I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was very accommodating, especially Turki and Mohammed. They helped us with everything, Turki even went an extra mile to facilitate us with breakfast and late checkout. The rooms were big and clean, and the beds were super comfortable. The pool was clean and nice (could have been bigger) and I had a great time with my family. Would recommend others.

My visit yesterday was just my 2nd time. Just like the 1st, I had a free upgrade🤩🤩🤩 Thanks to the friendly and accommodating staff.

Location close the my places of meetings. Staff friendly , ready to serve & care. Room clean and comfortable with all expected amenities. My car broke down, minutes maintenance engineer sorted it out and I was bale to reach my meeting place on time. I had stayed at his facility few times before. This time stay was amazing. Most probably staff has gone through extra trainings.

I was dismayed after reading few negative comments, but the hotel exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness was top notch. The climate control and the wifi worked perfectly. The rooms were large, clean, and carpeted. The kitchenette featured a washing machine, a wash basin, a cooking stove, and a microwave. The hall had sofas and a dinning table. Toiletries were provided too. The morning arabic breakfast was delicious too. Loved their presentation of breakfast. The location is also convenient- from here you can easily visit Khobar corniche, Saudi Bahrain Causeway, King Fahd grand mosque, Khobar Lulu Hypermarket, Al Rashid Mall, and 5.75 Amazon KSA. A variety of restaurants can be found nearby. Overall the hotel is A GREAT VALUE FOR MONEY.

We got both a discount and an upgrade. The room was clean and all the benefits listed on the website were available. The staff answered our few requests without delay.

The hotel is new and all amenities and facilities are in great condition. The staff are amazing and the service is fast. The location is great as well. Highly recommended !
