Czech RepublicThe views from the terrace were magnificent having the Julian Alps in front of us. Having a private jacuzzi on the balcony was a great experience! The hosts were very hospitable. They brought us some food and drink. The location was awesome. No noise and close to all the main sites we wanted to see. The greatest surprise of all was to find that we were only 10 minutes drive from the border with Italy and Austria. So we explored the Fusino Lakes and had dinner in Tarvisio.

The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers especially if you are a hiker, cyclist or a biker - you can truly enjoy the beauty of the mountains. View from the hotel is great. We visited in the summer and the pool and a hot tub was a great relaxation for us. Room was spacious and cozy. Breakfast was tasty and there were a lot of choices.

The hotel is located in a beautiful setting. The view from the room of the Alps is breathtaking. The room is tidy and well-equipped. The spa area is okay, pleasant, and well-equipped - however there are only three saunas in the spa area, which leads to overcrowding if more people are using the saunas at the same time.
The breakfast food offerings are very good, but dinner should include more options for vegans, vegetarians, and those with allergies.

Clean and comfortable and centrally located close to everything in town. Breakfast was really good and the massage centre and sauna were great too.
Was initially concerned since there were a lot of people hanging out in the games room and lounge areas making a bit of noise since we needed a good sleep but once we.got up to our room we couldn't hear anything and the sound proofing kept noise at a minimum and we slept well.

A family run, luxury hotel in an ideal position to explore Kranjska Gora and the surrounding area.
Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and they have a great knowledge of places to visit nearby.
Great choice at breakfast.
Recently refurbished rooms which are very comfortable to relax in after a long day out
