This property is a real home in a real neighborhood, not just a sterile rental. You can feel the warmth of a family through quality furnishings and the care taken inside and out. The hosts, Jana and her son Jacob. provide a hearty welcome and make you feel right at home. The friendly property manager Alenka also stops by to welcome you and provides lots of great info on the area. The views of the Adriatic from the apartment are stunning and the terrace/balcony is a really nice place to relax and take it all in. The yard/garden is very nicely landscaped and beautiful. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. It was great to be able to park right at the doorstep in a covered space. The apartment has a nice spacious feel and is very comfortable. Spotlessly clean. There is tons of great storage for all of your belongings. The kitchen is large and has everything you need including a big fridge. Bathroom was very nice with good water pressure and plenty of good linens. We slept well in comfortable bed(s), one of which had a direct view of the sea. We appreciated being able to do laundry. The A/C worked great and you will need it in Portoroz. Overall, we had a really fantastic stay and were sad to leave. Everything really exceeded our expectations. P.S. Our favorite place to swim indoors and out in Portoroz is at Sea Waterpark Termaris at the St. Bernardin /Histrion Hotel spa. You can get day passes. Very relaxing and spotlessly clean.

The place was beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is great, walkable distance to Piran by the sea. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend it.

Excellent location, very responsive staff, the accomodation has everything you need. It's 3 minutes away from the sea and has a lot of private parking space. The apartment is cosy, has a nice terrace.

We visited in April and it was really great location near the seaside. Apartment was clean and the staff regularly cleaned the room and changed the towels. The room looked recently updated and it was well eqiped. We could use in-door pools with warm sea water for free. Beside hotel parking guests can use nearby public parking for free (you register at deskcheck). You can easily walk by the sea both to Portorož's centre and nearby city of Piran.

The hotel was impeccably clean and had a fresh, modern feel. The facilities were outstanding, offering numerous pools to explore and a fantastic play area for children.

Great location, clean rooms, private beach and thermomineral pools were heavenly! Highly recommend.
