Best hotel near Pamukkale, excellent mud pool with thermal spa, good buffet dinner, breakfast was ok, staff is good, have belly dance show in the night

I like the buffet, thermal pools, normal pool and rooms. It is a clean hotel with a kind staff. Food was very fresh and tasty. Will recommend and come back. 🩷

Lovely family run hotel in the small village of Pamukkale. The staff were really friendly and helpful, even giving us a free lift up to the top of Pamukkale. The breakfasts were really good - everyone gets the same but there is plenty of different things and the friendly owner will offer you more if you aren't full! The room is clean and comfortable. It's a bit dated and the beds a little hard but if you've spent the day walking around Pamukkale and Heiropolis you'll probably crash out like we did anyway. We were a bit cold with just the thin blanket on the bed but found some thicker blankets in the wardrobe to put on top which were perfect! The village itself is super quiet but very friendly, we felt safe and comfortable there. We caught the minibus from the station after getting a coach into Denizli - go downstairs in the bus terminal and find the Pamukkale bus, it's quick and really cheap.

Herakles is a fantastic hotel. everything just works and everything is well thought out. and it's the only hotel I have ever seen that has natural thermal waters available in the rooms bathtub!! Oh and the dinner is excellent.

Stayed in with my wife for two nights. We had an excellent experience from check in to check out. The staff under management of Mr.Turgai Omez were highly attentive to our needs. The location is great, just 5 minutes drive from the famous Pamukkale. Spa facilities and minimal pool were good. We started in room #1122 that had a fantastic mountain view. The highlight was a jacuzzi with a minimal water on the balcony. Thanks to Mr. Turgai and his staff for the memorable experience.

We loved every part of our stay. The breakfast, tea, and dinner were wonderful! The thermal center was so relaxing with various pools. My deep tissue massage was very relaxing and also helped me to relieve pain in my back. It was very family friendly and our child had a great experience. All the staff were super friendly. We want to return as soon as we can. It was a wonderful experience. This is our new happy place.

The staff is very friendly. When we checked in, one of the rooms wasn’t ready, meaning not cleaned. They upgraded both rooms even though only one of the rooms wasn’t ready. That was very nice and professional, we appreciated it.

The property was clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. They offered us a bigger room after knowing we were on our honeymoon. The breakfast and dinner are kindly prepared and served by the owner’s parents. We have a private access to the thermal water in our bathroom.

The house is really great. Spacious. Many rooms. Everything works. Perfect for family. The hosts were welcoming. They offered us dinner & breakfast cooking from their garden. We had a great time

Hotel ‘s near Pamukkale , we can walk to Pamukkale in the morning . Hotel manager ‘s kind , he suggest beautiful place to visit on the way to Antalya (Kaklık Mağarası & Salda lake) .

Beautiful, clean, and cozy house with a fully functional kitchen and laundry facilities. The host was incredibly kind and helpful. The location is great, only a 10-minute walk from the city center. My family loved staying here, and it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Its a family owned House in a small town were everyone seem to know everyone. The room is beautiful clean and pretty modern. The staff/owners take the show thought. Incredibly friendly, incredibly helpful, incredibly energetic. They took me on free rides from/to the property
