Large property. Comfortable for 5 people. Kitchen and appliamces made ojr NY trip cheaper, as we could cook ourselves.

Spacious 4 bedroom apartment, located on the second floor, with two levels. We had no problems with stairs. But just be aware that you have to take a flight of stairs to get to your apartment. You got two bedrooms on the first level of the apartment, as well as kitchen, dining and a living room with tv and two sofas. Upstairs you got two more bedrooms and a bathroom with the shower and a small seating space. Now, it’s not a five star hotel, but it’s a very good, well maintained spacious apartment. Aria around is very nice too, the house itself located in the Latin neighbourhood, with a very friendly people. Bunch of coffee shops and stores are just a few steps away. And a free parking spot is perfect to leave your car and take a bus to Manhattan. Bus is just around the corner, and in half an hour you can find yourself in the centre of New York City without having to pay for parking or worry about being stuck in the traffic jam. Host is very responsive and accommodating. Definitely will be back. Thank you.

This is located exact next to Times Square Bus Stop; you have plenty of Indian and Mexican Grocery Stores and restaurant at walkable distance.

We had an excellent time here, very convenient for our needs, the apartment was clean and well lit, the area felt safe and secure. We were able to get public transportation easily and the property manager kept in good communication through out, easy check in and check out process. I will most definitely stay here again. My entire family enjoyed themselves. Thanks for being a part of our family trip.

Super clean and very spacious and comfortable. The area was nice and we often walked home late at night with no issues. Pretty easy to get into the city from here.
