Great location, nice staff, great new facilities

The room exuded a fresh and inviting ambiance, with a stunning interior that complemented all the necessary amenities. We booked a room with a breathtaking mountain view, which added to the overall experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

We stayed 2 days, weather was 0 degree they setup born fire in evening for us . We had enjoyed alot in middle of mountain in-front you challet. It was tremendous experience than second day morning we went out for the chimgan chair lift, horse and bike riding that was great thrilling experience, than we buy the chicken from supermarket and our spices and did bbq . Griller plates crockery fire everything was provided by Balandda and also candles for a romantic dinner

The room was good with balcony facing the lake. The location was away from city and peaceful. The property had good security. Breakfast was good and with a beautiful view.

- Staff were wonderful. They were very helpful and very very nice to me. The first room I got (although with a good view as requested) was too cold, but the lady who checked me in offered a warmer room to me instead. That saved me the days. - Clean and new room - I think it will be beautiful there in summer. I went there not at the right time, but I could see it that it must be lovely at the peak of the seasons. - Food was delicious. - Although the price is obviously higher than places of the same standard in the city centre, the value for money is good. - For skiing, it’s a good alternative if you are not staying at Amirsoy Chalet. You can take a taxi there although most taxis want to charge you more than the App price.
