United StatesGood value, comfortable and large rooms with TV, table and chairs. Bathrooms clean with nice shower. Tea pots and cups, hot and cold filtered water available free in the lobby. Nice location for tourists right on the edge of Karmana. Would recommend.

The room was spacious, and so was the bathroom. It looks more like a business type of hotel. There was a small restaurant just next to the hotel, which was useful because Navoi is really not touristic. But it has a main train station connecting Bukhara and Samarkand, and it is a good place from where to go to the caravanserail (20 min drive) and more importantly, Sarmishsay (1h drive). We definitely recommend the petroglyphs and hills of Sarmishsay. People at the hotel helped us book a taxi.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations- the look of the hotel from the entrance, super friendly and professional staff, easy booking and check in and such a clean and beautiful room with excellent amenities! The restaurant food was also great!
I also had an early checkout at 4 am - the hotel woke me up exactly on time, handed over an amazing breakfast to go and transported me in a super comfortable car to the train station. Highly, highly recommended! And hats off to the management for their outstanding hospitality standards!
