One of the best camps we’ve ever been. Done previously many safaris , so I can fairly compare. This place is not about artificial ( and sometimes stupid) over-luxury ; it goes straight to the point of what a great bush camp should be . Tents are very comfy, new and clean , food is above expectations, perfect location. But what makes this place very special is the staff .. they are all incredibly good and make you feel that managing and running a camp in the bush seems the easiest thing in the world ( and we know it is not)… they really deserve a “Bravo!” Safari to kruger ( 15 minutes to reach the gate) included in the rates , and also very close to Sabi sands; they arrange safari there ( try at least once) for a small extra cost . With all this next to your camp, you’ll have the chance to spot the big five and many more animals in very few days. Overall a wonderful stay for newbie and also for weathered safari guys . price/quality ratio 10 on 10… amazing ! Thank you all guys, and see you very soon again!

The location is perfect, as it is right next to Kruger Gate. I am very thankful to the staff, specially Sarah, for going the extra mile to make sure that guests are satisfied. I had a wonderful dinner for my birthday celebration but I could have as well just dined with the rest of the guests, as the ambiance was always super welcoming and the evenings around the bush fire will be kept forever . We made so many friends during our stay. I recommend the massage offered by the spa, it is super relaxing.

Friendly staff who clearly enjoy working there, great breakfast and dinner included in the price. Pool was amazing - we saw a herd of elephants go by whilst swimming. Day spa was seriously amazing - best massage! In the middle of the massage, a hippo went past the massage room.

Always in best memory: Dinner buffet & breakfast buffet. Especially Lapa, the dinner restaurant, was wonderful, including a music/dance-program by performers from a neighbour village. Pure Africa-feeling made by long wooden walkways, friendly staff, huge guest areas and game view due to location right at Sabie River, bridge to Paul Kruger Gate. We booked "Luxury Room" which was quite big with fully (up to ceiling) separated toilet and fully separated bathroom. TV around 40 inch with smartphone mirror cast.

Prime location to enter Kruger Park, literally across the river. The renovated rooms were nice, modern, clean, and very spacious. The whole hotel complex is very big, but it's nicely designed, e.g. the trees are beautifully lit at night, there's a wooden bridge through a picturesque garden and a great view into Kruger Park. The choices for dinner were immense, and the food itself was tasty. Onsite breakfast was also great.

Lovely hotel situated just by The Kruger Gate. Comfortable spacious rooms. Loved the poolside bar overlooking the river even though we didn't see any wildlife. Very good choice of buffet dinner meal and lovely breakfast selection. Staff were very helpful assisting us with a car rental issue. Very good wifi.
