I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel. Unfortunately before arrival I was very sick with an infection and needed a place to recoup. The hotel went above and beyond to help me during my stay. Through organizing a doctor, sending someone to translate, getting me medication at the pharmacy and sending food outside of breakfast hours, the entire staff were exceptional. I would 100% recommend staying here for the hospitality and kindness alone.

The best location ever, you just open the bedrooms windows and see a huge red rocks.
The owner is so friendly, welcoming and helpful, and great in English speaking.
The house is really comfortable, clean and feels like home. I love this place alot. If you are an active person, you can walk up to a viewpoint which is located across the road.

Great place to stay. Very social and they organize a board to help other travellers find partners to do activities with. The hosts are always helpful to help with yurt booking, recommendations and taxi.
They are very friendly and welcoming. An added plus is their delicious restaurant. Book in advance as they get fully booked quickly.

It's rare for me to like literally everything, but the main standout was the reception by the host's son, who is part of the family business. He went above and beyond his duties. He offered his services as a guide, driver and negotiator. He made sure our experience was smooth and pleasant.
The apartment itself was well-thought-out, comfortable and clean. Quiet area, very safe, 2 minutes walk from the lake. 3 cafes and a convenience store are on the premises.

A large group of us stayed for several days and had a really great experience. We booked the conference room separately and were pleased with the facilities. The other common spaces were also unexpectedly pleasant - ping pong table, a nice sauna and pool area (included in the room cost), outdoor spaces next to a stream, etc. It's also located 9 minutes (walking) from the Ala Archa park entrance.
The hotel restaurant was also excellent and quite reasonably priced, given the location. We enjoyed fish, plov, lagman, pizza, and a variety of other dishes. And when it was time to pay, there were no attempts to artificially inflate the price or change what we'd agreed upon.
