This hotel truly offers a 5-star experience. Everything from the warmth of the staff, the ambience & cleanliness, the amenities and dining, were exceptional. I also appreciate the team for offering us a complimentary upgrade for our honeymoon, and extended our checkout time based on our schedule. The staff (especially Hossain, Ali, Brahim) are extremely accommodating. They helped me with local sim card, hike tour to Atlas mountains and more! I initially booked 1 night, but I felt so "at home," I decided to book a 2nd night. The place is beautiful, central and unbelievably quiet. Bed is comfortable and room designed with style. Dipping in the pool or enjoying a mint tea in the afternoon is relaxing. A hammam and massage is the perfect way to end your day. It's nice to have breakfast or sunset tea at the rooftop. Highly recommend!!

Location was great, so close to market. Abdo walked us from our drop off point all the way to the hotel, Showing us two ways to get to the hotel and good reference points. Very thankful for this as it can be confusing and overwhelming at first.
