It was a wonderful experience, the room was large with a small balcony, a lovely neat and clean place. The owner received us in an expecting way, was very helpful. The only drawback that he doesn't speak English but he speaks Bulgarian and Russion. If go back again to Vilingrad for sure I will stay at this place at least one day. The place has a good privacy rooms, and new facilities: nice jacuzzi and spa and a shower.

Staff are very friendly and speak English, very clean rooms, excellent interior design, SPA is small but clean and swimming pool is heated. Even though the hotel is right next to a mosque, the early morning prayer call was very quiet, and we didn't even hear it.
