The hotel manager treated us so kindly and even toke us around the area, exploring various landmarks and things we must see. Rooms were super clean, well renovated. Do yourself a favour and get the room with the floating bathtub! The room was spacious and clean, featuring Byredo products. The breakfast had a wide variety of local, general Chinese as well as Western food. If, like me, you miss bread while traveling in China, you can have some here :)

Nice location if you want to be at somewhere a bit outside the city. The metro is also very handy via the mall itself. The breakfast is nice as you can order either noodle or wanton. The room is also quite spacious. The free clean and drying services are really helpful.

I stayed at Niccolo hotel for a few days and had a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean, and the food was excellent. I accidentally left my earphones behind, and our hotel butler Freya kindly arranged to send them to my next hotel. I’ll definitely stay here again whenever I visit Chongqing.

From Check in to check out all services rendered and all staff were very nice and competent. Giving their best. Facilities were impeccably clean and convenient The staf in the Lounge was extraordinary. Miss Lulu, Miss Nicole and Miss Tracy should be rewarded for their outstanding customer services. Some of hte staff should receive more English training to even improve their performance.
