Very friendly staff that really tries their best to help Comfortable rooms Very thorough and clean housekeeping Excellent location, a couple minutes walk from the main Xiamen rail station but also near lots of shops, restaurants Free laundry room and detergent with around 5 washers and two dryers Decent breakfast Good value for money

We were 5 adults who stayed for 2 nights, not familiar with the city. However, our stay was made exceptionally smooth due to excellent services received from Mr. Ken Liu, who patiently guided us in securing local transport to and from office/factory which we visited . The concierge, Mr James, was likewise very helpful. The bell service staff and the security at the driveway were likewise polite . Overall, the excellent staff service made a lot of difference.

The front desk and housekeeping team were genuinely thoughtful—made the whole experience feel effortless. The location by Wuyuan Bay is peaceful yet convenient. Go up to the rooftop; the view is worth it. And the overall design has real character — the atmosphere of the space really stays with you.
