The room is spacious, the bed and pillows are comfortable and smoothly . at chick I found welcoming hospitality a plate of fruits and Egyptian sweets. The room arrangement is modern and has distinctive colors. The breakfast was varied and delicious. It's ideal for business travelers and families. The swimming pool is wonderful. Excellent property. Very new. Exceptionally clean. The most friendly and helpful staff. Front Desk Manager Mr Tarek Ramadan was exceptional. Ms Mariam and Ms Aya at the front desk were also exceptional. Assisted in solving every issue with absolute kindness. The staff at the restaurant were so hospitable and helpful. Exceptional Gym and pool Area. The rooms are comfortable and cosy. I got upgraded to a suite free of charge 😁. I rate the property 11 out of 10.
