Location is great, close to serbian border. Once when arrived staff at front desk was very kind, explaining everything, with smile, maked us to feel good. Room is large, with diferent kinds of pillows and if it is not enough you can ask for pillow from pillows offer and enjoy your sleep. Hotel is very clean. Pools are clean and you can enjoy in silence. Breakfast was different every morning. Food in the bar deserved michelin star, enjoyed every bite from everything i ordered there. Waiter and waitresses were very kind, professional and with smile. Check in and check out were very smooth. In days we were there was very cold outside but in the hotel you feel warm. Staff speaks english and everuthing is written in hungarian, english and serbian, so it is very easy to manage your stay and to enjoy the facilities

Proveli smo prelep vikend u smeštaju A-Termal Palić. Osoblje je preljubazno, soba savršeno čista. Spa centar je jako simpatičan, čist, sa jednim manjim termalnim bazenom, dve đakuzi kade, saunom i ležaljkama unutar centra i na terasi. Iako je spa manje veličine, nije bilo gužve i u većini vremena smo imali ceo prostor samo za sebe. Smeštaj se nalazi odmah preko puta Akva-parka, kao i blizu jezera, tako da je sve na dohvat ruke. Zahvalni smo što nas je osoblje primilo ranije, pre predviđenog check in-a, i dozvolilo da ostanemo na bazenu nakon check out-a. Nemamo nikakve zamerke, definitivno ćemo se ponovo vratiti!

Positive: - Free parking. - Breakfast and dinner is amazing. - Hotel is new & top modern. - USB C and A charging ports in the desk and in the bed. - The place is quiet, so no traffic disturbance. - Room is properly sound isolated, so you hear no one from the street or from the hallway. - Good size TV with descent channels & channels are in full HD. - Room very clean. - I like the idea that they don't use soap bar, but instead they have soap in a dispenser both for hand wash and for shampoo. - Staff spoke English. - No problem with water heat or cooling.

A hidden gem. Lovely place, peaceful, impeccably clean, simply but thoughtfully furnished, with a very nice hostess. Ideal if you are traveling by car. Must be even nicer in summer.

The hosts were incredibly hospitable and helpful. Breakfast was spot on. The accommodation features a pool, sauna, and other activities that ensure you never get bored. The jacuzzi in the bedroom was exactly what we needed for total relaxation! I stayed with my boyfriend, and the place had the perfect romantic atmosphere. I’ll definitely recommend Panorama to my friends and hope to come back!

It's a great location. Room was nice, clean and cozy. Staff members were all friendly and helpful. Also, they had vegan options for breakfast, and that's a big plus for me. It's a very interesting hotel, as there is lot of artwork everywhere around the halls and common spaces.
