What an exceptional place to stay and it definitely exceeded our expectations. The Hotel is not far too far from Hiroshima Train Station so after getting off the bullet train, an easy bus ride or taxi. It is also not too far from the Hiroshima Pease Memorial, so very accessible. The hotel is beautiful, the staff friendly and extremely welcoming. We were located on the 16th floor and had fantastic views across Hiroshima. The room was larger than expected, had everything we could have wanted and was absolutely beautiful. The bar area is amazing with a great selection of cocktails. The buffet breakfast was fantastic, could not have been better nor provided more options (you just want to keep eating). No expense has been spared to make this an amazing world class hotel. We really felt pampered. I do however have a negative.....I wish we had stayed here longer (we only had one night). They do really look after you and I cannot recommend this Hotel enough.

From the shuttle at the ferry dock, reception, orientation to the Spa, cleanliness of the room and facilities, and welcoming attitudes of the staff to the actual experience of dining, lounging, walking around the facilities and use of the Onsen, we were delighted with the property. The relaxed atmosphere helped after riding the Shimanami Kaido International Cycling event.

Amazing relaxed feeling with top tier service. They have the best suite I’ve ever stayed at that includes a sauna, private onsen, and cold plunge. The included meal was one of the best I’ve ever had.

5 perfect stars (5/5) for perfect location, safety, communication, accuracy, sanitation, guest service, total convenience experience, being walking distance near every attraction you need to visit, and for beautiful and clean property. We loved this big apartment (big by our American suburb and Thai countryside standards = BIG) and the fast customer service anytime you have questions. These are professional hosts and the community is quiet and just blocks away from 500 amazing restaurants, malls, clubs, pubs, shopping, diverse dining, adult entertainment, incredible variety of affordable public transportation and everything you could possibly desire for a 1 week stay or longer. Hiroshima is a beautiful, peaceful, clean, organized, and welcoming city and by night there’s so much to do also. Book this huge apartment while it’s available.

The views from the balcony were incredible. The jacuzzi tub was great for relaxing after walking around all day and the beds were super comfortable. Very close to the Peace Memorial park. 10/10

• Great spacious layout and chic design. I wished I could officially rent such a nice studio. • Casual self-service interface made access and checkout super easy. • Balcony view was of the street. Caught a nice sunrise and sunset. • Everything you need in one. Especially appreciated the ironing board and mini space heater. BONUS: • Wonderful sento nearby, just around the corner!
