The onsen and the food is wonderful! Onsen are amazingly beautiful and the meals have so much interesting variety. There is an arcade room for kids. Location is lovely but far from easy transportation. There is a small train stop that's a 12 minute walk but an hour train ride to main train station in Nikko.

A spacious and comfortable room, excellent service, pristine facilities and just a 10 minute walk away from the local train station. For value, it feels like a five-star hotel. A perfect place for a stay in a prime location for a hot spring, with a refined feel that punches above their weight even when surrounded by more luxurious and expensive hotels.

Very spacious room with good large double bed. Very nice staff. The welcome drink & snacks between 3 and 5 are super. The shuttle to and from the Nasushiobara train station is a plus. The buffet restaurant with all-you-can-drink is good, but the menu on both evenings was almost fully identical. The natural onsen.

The room was very beautiful and the view amazing overlloking the river...the spa area was very nice and spacious...both the indoor and outdoor ones. You can order private onsen and that was super nice since the spa at the hotel is separated, and they were really helpful with this despite the language barrier. The staff really tries to help as best thay can and were really lovely. Had breakfast at the hotel the last morning and it was really nice, lots to choose from :)

staff friendly and polite, I made the hotel reservation on the booking website, after completing the reservation I realized that the room was for smokers, I asked for a room change, they promptly moved me to a non-smoking room, The meal had a huge variety of food, the breakfast was also fantastic, I definitely want to stay there again

Excellent, relaxed stay. Easy walking distance to the shrines and temples. Awesome, spacious accommodation. Great staff who organised shuttle bus to the train station. And the half board! The food (had dinner and breakfast) was fantastic, unexpectedly an amazing experience. Highly recommend.
