We got a spacious ground-floor apartment that was well-equipped, modern and clean.
Check-in and check-out were easy. Parking was available right in front of the apartment.
The beds were comfortable.

The room (family size) was pretty and reasonably spacious. The view from the terrace (to the fjord) was amazing. We enjoyed our stay on our way to the Lofoten.

Early checkin, spacious room, coffee machine, good breakfast, location was not right in the centre but only 6 blocks to walk, nice view from high location.

Breakfast was really nice. Dinner was good too. And sauna can be warmed up by yourself in 10mins! Saturday to Monday morning free public parking in 7mins walking.

The Hotel Bjørnfjell Mountain Lodge is very unusual and beautifully situated. Nature all around, absolute silence. Very friendly staff, beautiful rooms.. Very tasty evening menu, high-quality breakfast, home-made bread, the best jam. Very attentive staff 💙

My partner and I loved our stay. It was the perfect escape from the city, it was so quiet and peaceful. We did the activities they have available - snow shoeing, saunas and spa and left feeling so rested. The food was a much higher quality than we expected, definitely restaurant quality and the staff was so friendly and welcoming. All the staff remembered my dietary requirements before I had to say anything - even if I hadn't seen that staff member before. The location is so beautiful and it was just bliss.

Location was perfect - ten minute walk into town centre. Apartment was warm, comfortable and well equipped. Supermarkets close by and nice restaurants. Staff were friendly and we made good use of the free hot chocolate, coffee and cookies in reception. Didn't try the breakfast bags or the fitness centre or the hot tubs.

Visited early Oct 23. Amazing luxury riverside location with contemporary stylish rooms and spaces. Fabulous tasting menu - serious hats off to the chefs!! Staff very friendly and helpful, especially re knowledge of northern lights and when to see them / what to look for. Will definitely be back, hopefully soon!
