They adhered to our requests on booking, because we travelled as a family. The whole place is awesome really. The breakfast and the breakfast setting was second to none, sitting in the open air on the banks of the mighty Mekong, and not a sound. All the staff were really great and attentive. The grounds are immaculate. The feel of the place was very realaxing and satisfying.

The staff on the checking desk were so friendly and happy. It made the whole stay a,happy time. Room was clean. The corridor etc was obviously being done soon but the room was perfect.
