We were pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade by the team of wonderfully hospitable staff and were very well taken care of. This hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled in a breathtakingly beautiful location. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The spa is out of this world, especially the outdoor jacuzzi. I highly recommend visiting during the off-season on weekdays when the hotel is quiet, allowing you to fully enjoy all the facilities. Don’t miss a trip to the Green Lake – the views are simply incredible. Hands down, the best hotel in Georgia!

I would like to especially mention the reception staff, who were very pleasant and helpful. Their kind attitude would make me choose this hotel again in the future. The location is good, and the room was clean and comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Very friendly and polite, helpful hosts. They showed us the whole house, told us its history, and answered our questions. The house was very cosy, very well equipped and thought out. For sure we will stay there again in summer to enjoy the outside part of the house.
