Facilities were clean and in great shape. Amenities the same, including kayaks, bikes, pickleball and tennis courts. The restaurants were very good and reasonably priced.

Sanibel Island condo - Steps from the beach (Breakers West C3) is located in Ybel, just a 7-minute walk from Tarpon Bay Beach and 2.5 miles from Bailey Matthews Shell Museum.
