Good location. Easy to check in and out. Arriving time is very flexible. Close to the airport and has wifi. have dinner and breakfast.

The location was perfect for a blend of quietness, as well as closeness to public transport and restaurants.

The breakfast (even though it is the same breakfast through out our stay), the staffs and the daily changing of towels. Also our room is very big and it can accommodate up to 6 pax.

Staff is warm and helpfull. Can go to Woolworths and IGA buy some present before come back to home

I had an amazing stay at this hostel! After a long and exhausting trip, arriving here felt like a huge relief. Ellie at reception was absolutely incredible, she was friendly, welcoming, and truly attentive. She made the whole check-in process so smooth and lifted my mood instantly. The hostel itself is fantastic, but staff warmth and professionalism made the experience even better. Highly recommended! 🙌

Extra large bed, convenient location

The ceiling is high so the air is very well, the window overlooking the street is very nice

We loved this wonderful Boutique Hotel. Absolutely charming. The staff were terrific. They took care of us like we were family. Excellent Hotel. Loved how the restaurant was down below the Hotel. Exceptional renovation. Can’t say enough good things about the Russell Hotel. They deserve to succeed. 5 Stars.
