Our ground level room was large. Breakfast was excellent and bicycle storage was very secure in a historic prison tower.

This hotel is located on the edge of Mechelen in a quiet location, a 5-minute drive from the city center.

When traveling with the car, most Hotels in Mechelen have no parking close by. You have to park in a parking garage, which is expensive and inconvenient. The Hobbit Hotel is very close to the Industrial area in Mechelen North and has a big parking area right in front of the Hotel. The Rooms are great, bed was fantastic with the perfect softness and high pillows. Everything was very clean, the service was more than excellent, people super friendly and also the breakfast was great. I will definitely stay in the Hobbit Hotel again when I visit Mechelen next time.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The garden is beautiful, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the room was clean and spacious. I chose this place for Tomorrowland, and the bus station was less than a 5-minute walk away. Highly recommend!
