Very well maintained and tastefully decorated. The staff was very nice and helpful. We had a great time in the warm swimming pool. Breakfast was varied and tasty.

The hotel is located very close to the main point of interest to me - the municipality building. Cosy room, clean sheets and toilet. Respectful staff.

Beautyfull rooms, great location

Guys I've been in Bansko so many times and this was my best hotel experience. The rooms are furnished very well with unique style combination from old Bansko house and luxury. The hotel is right at the Bansko central square where the real town live. Far from the tourist crowds and close to local events. If you stay, there on Saturday you could visit farmer market on Sunday for great local food. They will give you free pass and you could park in Bansko blue zone for free. The breakfast is amazing and it is better than buffet as they will do it just for you. It is served at the Mehana on the ground floor. And the best is the host. He gave us free upgrade to lux room and even send me by mail forgotten clothes. Thanks Radoslav!

The room was clean and warm, food very good and with big choise, also the staff very polite, wifi with good quality, free parking zone.

Perfect location. Second stay in that hotel and will do that again next year, for Pirin Ultra. Really recommend it for tourist vacation.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Red House Family Hotel. It was our family ski trip with my dad and we stayed here for first time and eventhough it was our first time we felt like home ! From the ambiance to the great attitude by the stuff/owner I will be happy to leave a 10 star review ! Once we arrived the host helped us with our luggage and carried our suitcases upstairs and throughout outer whole stay our room was always sparkling clean. We will be happy to come back again ! 🙏🙂

The room was very spacious, furnished with two comfortable sofas, a terrace, a cozy bed, and offered a wonderful view of the mountains 🥰 Quiet and peaceful!

We have rented the whole house for a birthday party. It was great accommodation, very clean rooms and also a dedicated room "mehana" with attached fully equipped kitchen where all guests can meet. prepare food, eat, and spent time together and celebrate (as in our case) and feel like you are hosting a private house party. The host was very friendly and all communications were easy and smooth. Thanks again for having us! We will definitely come back when we have occasion and need to get a group together.

Wonderful host, incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Warm bathroom. Parking right outside the door. A few steps from the city center.

They were so polite, always answering on time for whatever was needed. The hotel has a great location, not far from the center. Everywhere is walking distance if you have time. Breakfast was excellent as well. The hotel has just a comfy atmosphere itself, with warm rooms, so you don't have to worry about the heating.

Everything was ok. Self-check out, friendly staff, huge clean room, perfect location.
