I'm not a dog lover but was attracted by the price, location and great reviews. Incredible place. Very clean for starters - no dog hairs, e.g., on the inside, which I had been a bit worried about. And to my surprise I really loved THESE dogs - magnificent, strong animals but also well-behaved and gentle. They're obviously well-trained and well-treated. I almost didn't go on the morning walk, and that would have been a big mistake - it turned out (like for many people!) to be a highlight of my trip. I'd love to go back in the winter for the sledding. Also, as all reviewers rightly note, the owners are very friendly.

The property is in a scenic, very quiet, peaceful location. It was easy to find. We liked the small number of guests which made it feel intimate and easy to meet people. It felt very safe. It was close to the village and easy to access the local market which had good quality food options. The room was very comfortable and everywhere was super clean. He food options are very varied and the kitchen is equipped with everything needed.
