The receptionist was very helpful. We arrived around 7 pm and have limited time to visit Bern. Because of the receptionist efficient and detailed introduction, we spent more than 2 hours to visit Bern downtown, enjoyed the food and watched the sunset in downtown. And also spent the morning of next day to tour in Einstein house. The location of the hotel is also very convenient to go to downtown. The free parking and breakfast are very nice. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. Overall, we had a very good experience in Bern. Would love to visit again and recommend this hotel to friends.

The stuffs were so considering and kind. The room was always clean and the location was perfect, very close to the bus stops as well as easy to get through walk to the city centre.
